Due to the perishable nature of our premium meats, we cannot accept returns once the product has left our temperature-controlled facility. However, if your order arrives damaged or at an unsafe temperature, we are committed to providing a full refund or replacement.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Upon Arrival
Examine your package immediately upon delivery to ensure all vacuum seals are intact and the product is still cold to the touch.
- 2.Document Issues
If there is a quality concern, take clear photos of the product, the packaging, and the shipping label within 24 hours of receipt.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the photos you captured to initiate a claim.
- 4.Resolution
Our team will review your request and, if approved, issue a store credit, refund, or ship a replacement order at no additional cost.
